What is your average time to ship?

We ship most orders within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday) from when the order is placed. We observe all national holidays and days that USPS is not open and do not ship on weekends.

Once my order is shipped how long will it take to apprive?

On average, most orders arrive within 5 – 7 business days in the continental U.S.

Does Sage’s Portal ship internationally?

Sage’s Portal does not ship internationally … yet.

What should I do if my shipment is damage?

Please keep all packaging that came with your purchase and submit a return request from your orders listing in your sagesportal.com account. Although the process is usually straightforward, please feel free to email us at info@sagesportal.com if there are any issues and we will gladly assist you.

Can Sage’s Portal fulfill custom orders?

Unfortunately, we are not able to fulfill custom orders at this time.  If you have a suggestion on availability, we would love to hear from you!  Please email us info@sagesportal.com

I received wrong item(s) or item(s) are missing from my shipment.  What can I do?

Please log in into your account on sagesportal.com and use the product return feature and choose the appropriate option.  Although the process is usually straightforward, please feel free to email the Sage at info@sagesportal.com if you have any issues.  Be sure to include your order number and let us know which item or items are missing. Even wise old sages make mistakes sometimes but that doesn’t mean we won’t work hard to get the correct items shipped out to you as quickly as possible!

How do I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped then please email us at info@sagesportal.com with your order number and we will do our best to counterspell the magic processing your order before it ships.
